WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
    • Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within next business day.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE UPDATES FOR MY ORDER?
    • If you provided valid email address during the Checkout process or sign up as a member, you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email is the order confirmation which acknowledges that the payment and all order information has been verified.  You will also receive emails when the shipment is sent out with a tracking number.
WHAT IF YOU HAVE ITEMS OUT OF STOCK AFTER I MADE PAYMENTS?
    • While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items even after you have already placed the order.  In that case, the out-of-stock item will be removed from your original order total with the correct refund and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email.
DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT?
    • Yes, for military discounts, we first need to verify if you are/were a member of the armed forces.  Right now, we can only do this case by case, therefore please contact us at support@kkokkoma.com!  Our friendly staff will gladly help you obtain a Military discount coupon code.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
    • Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed as processed, Unless you contact us and request cancellation before 3:30PM PST, we can no longer cancel or modify your order because your package leaves our Korea warehouse on the same day.
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE AND FIT FOR MY KID?
    • For correct size and fit, it is best to measure your child for height, bust, shoulder width and armhole and refer to our Size Infor at the bottom of each item description.  But make sure you convert to Centimeters beforehand.(since our Size info uses metric system)
